O.K., so there is a language issue at play here. The company obviously operates primarily in French ... but c'mon. They are not located in Europe. They are located in Quebec, Canada, which itself is a very bilingual city and also located near to a wide range of translators - or just plain helpful people who can speak and write English well. Thruely, there's just no excuse to talk to custumers this way, no mather how much their stones will enehence my garden.
Later on the same page, it says:
"Let go your imagination, borders,
paths, retaining wall; we can pré-cut (guillotine) your stone in a wide range of
size and colors."
Perhaps if I COULD just "let go" these things wouldn't annoy me so much.
